Data Deletion

When you contact MID Clinic through WhatsApp, our website, or in person, we may hold:

• WhatsApp data: your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and the content of messages exchanged with us.
• Website submissions: details you enter in our booking or contact forms (name, phone number, email, preferred appointment time).
• Appointment records: booking history and related communications.
• Medical records: clinical notes and treatment history created when you receive care.

You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time using either option below:

• WhatsApp: send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to +971 54 211 9996 from the number you used to contact us.
• Email: write to info@middentalclinic-dubai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number you used to contact us.

Once we receive your request:

• We verify that the request comes from the owner of the phone number or email address, to protect you from unauthorised deletion.
• We delete your WhatsApp conversation history, website form submissions, and marketing consent from our systems.
• We confirm completion by WhatsApp or email within 30 days of your request.

After deletion we will no longer send you WhatsApp messages unless you contact us again.

UAE healthcare regulations require us to retain medical records for a minimum of 10 years. If you have received treatment at MID Clinic, your clinical records cannot be deleted before that period ends. They remain confidential and are not used for marketing. Messages you exchange with us are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) under its own terms. Deleting your data with MID Clinic does not delete data held by WhatsApp. To manage that data, see WhatsApp Help Center or your WhatsApp account settings.
