Appointments can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, or online form. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking availability.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to communicate with patients. By messaging us on WhatsApp, or by providing your mobile number when booking, you agree to receive messages from us on WhatsApp. These include appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your enquiries. We send promotional messages only if you have separately agreed to receive them.

• You can stop receiving WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP.
• WhatsApp is not monitored around the clock and must not be used for medical emergencies.
• Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

We handle WhatsApp data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete it by following our Data Deletion instructions.

Patients have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, receive clear information about their treatment, and make informed decisions about their care. Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and following treatment plans as advised.

We protect your personal and medical information in accordance with UAE law and our Privacy Policy. Medical records are confidential and will only be shared with your consent or as required by law.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. Unauthorised access, data harvesting, or scraping is strictly prohibited.
